People who crossed paths with him were filled with admiration and respect for his unmatched devotion and love of animals. Those who worked with him and volunteered with him at HSEC will always remember his kindness and commitment. Among Ron’s many admirers is Kayla M., who called his empathy “beautiful,” and who recalls him as having a special place in her heart for animals.
Brittani T. agrees and stresses that everyone who knew Ron will miss him terribly. As Matt R. points out, Ron has a remarkable capacity for empathy, and he often finds solace in calming the most defenseless creatures. He loved spending time with sick or scared animals, whom he affectionately called “Ron specials,” and he would reassure and comfort them.
Ron had an enormous heart and an unfaltering compassion for all living things, which Kristina M. remembers with fondness. She has no doubt that on the other side, a friendly herd of animals is already greeting Ron. Although HSEC will miss Ron Allen very much, his legacy of caring for animals will live on in the memories of everyone he met. We will always remember and cherish your devotion to our furry friends, Ron. Rest in peace.
